Affiliate Terms For DFP’s
Digital Franchise Partners also known as DFP in short term are allowed to promote our digital products or services only and cannot hold any office under our brand name.
DFPs are not allowed to promote any false promises related to our products/services which is not a part of our service agreements.
In any kind of online promotions, DFPs have to clearly state they are with us as Digital Franchise Partners and do not hold any legal rights in the actual brand (Roy Digital) or direct relation with the products or services they are offering.
In no conditions, our DFPs can offer any incentives or part of commissions in order to convert our products in sales to the prospects.
Payment of commissions will be based on verified purchases to the customers by our team. Any non-verified purchases will not be counted in a payout of commissions.
On every conversion, Commissions will be generated on the net amount to the company which is after deducting tax amount, transaction charges, freight charges if any. And the final amount will be transferred to the DFP account is the amount after deduction of TDS as per govt. mentioned slabs.
The payment cycle may change at any point in time without any prior intimation to the franchise partners in any near future.
Commissions will only be transferred to the actual DFP (whose name has been registered with us) and via online transaction channels. No cash and cryptocurrency transaction will be considered as a transaction channel.
Roy Digital has a full right to change, add and amend the new policy terms for DFPs at any point in time in the near future.
Roy Digital has full right to revoke access of the DFPs without reimbursing any financial losses to DFPs if in any case of finding the violation of any of the above terms of affiliation by the respective DFP.
Minimum threshold Rs.1000 to become eligible to get the payment released by Roy Digital against the respective commissions earned by DFPs.
DFP meeting happens every alternate Mondays are only for serious candidates who are applying mentioned strategies in the meetings and towards Roy Digital product promotions. There is no mandate to provide meeting invitation to all DFPs who are not seriously working on our product promotions.
If Sharing any Roy Digital affiliate links to the FACEBOOK groups or any other social media platforms with a spammy nature is strictly against the policy of our DFP agreement. If any DFP found doing so, will be terminated from our association on immediate basis without any prior notice.
