Do I need a website before I can get an app?
No. The app is built from your own content — services, photos, contact details — so it works whether or not you have a website. Many small businesses start with the app because customers already live on their phones, and add a website later.
Will my app work on both Android and iPhone?
Yes. It is one Flutter build that runs on both, and the Launch tier already includes guided submission to the Play Store and the App Store. Google and Apple charge their own developer fees and bill you directly for those.
I only want enquiries, not online payments. Is that cheaper?
Yes. A catalogue, enquiry form, WhatsApp and call buttons and a gallery fit the Launch tier at ₹9,999 + GST. UPI and card payments, appointment booking and an admin panel start at the Growth tier, ₹15,999 + GST — so you only pay for selling features if you actually sell in the app.
I am not technical. Who updates the app once it is live?
Nothing about running it needs code. Your tier includes revision rounds during the build, and from the Growth tier upward an admin panel lets you change content and see enquiries yourself. Optional monthly care plans cover updates and small changes after launch.
How soon can a small business app be live?
The blueprint and screens come back in minutes, and the Launch build itself takes about 5–7 days once your content and branding are ready. After that the Play Store and App Store each run their own review before the app appears publicly.
