Stipend Project Terms & Conditions

Roy Digital App Studio (Proprietorship) · GSTIN 09ALRPR8561K1Z1 · Last updated 21 July 2026

These Terms govern the Stipend Project opportunity — the chance for a qualifying student of the Live No-Code App Building Batch(the “Course”) to be offered up to 3 real, paid app-building projects from Roy Digital App Studio, and to earn a Stipend of about ₹4,333 for each project that is completed and approved (up to ₹12,999 in total, before tax). They are in addition to, and should be read with, our Terms of Service, Course Cancellation & Refund Policy, Pricing Terms and Privacy Policy. On the specific subject of Stipend Projects, these Terms prevail if there is any conflict. By ticking “I have read and accept the Stipend Project Terms & Conditions” at enrolment, you agree to be bound by them.

How you become eligible for a Stipend Project — all of the following must be true:

  • You have paid the full Course Fee of ₹12,999 plus GST, fully cleared.
  • You enrolled at full price — Stipend Projects are not available on any discounted or promotional price.
  • You passed the Roy Digital Test + Practical with a score of 80 or above.
  • You completed the Course as required.
  • You submitted your PAN and bank details and accepted the project’s written brief.
  • You act within the Availing Window — from the 3rd month after enrolment until 12 months after enrolment.

This is a chance, not a guarantee. Stipend Projects come from real client work. Meeting every condition gives you a priority chance to be offered projects — it is not a job, placement, guaranteed income, monthly income, refund, cashback, or investment scheme. Stipends are paid only after a project is completed, on time, and approved — never automatically.

1. Who these Terms are between

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between Roy Digital App Studio (Proprietorship), a sole proprietorship (Proprietor: Hrishikesh Roy), GSTIN 09ALRPR8561K1Z1, having its place of business at Casa Woodstock, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201301(the “Studio”, “we”, “us”), and the individual who enrols in the Course and accepts these Terms (the “Student”, “you”).

2. Definitions

  • Course / Live Batch — the Live No-Code App Building Batch, a live, seat-limited training programme with a fee of ₹12,999 plus applicable GST.
  • Course Fee₹12,999 (Rupees Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine only) plus applicable GST.
  • Enrolment Date — the date the Studio confirms your enrolment after receiving your full, cleared Course Fee.
  • Stipend — the fixed, per-project fee of about ₹4,333 payable by the Studio to an Eligible Student for a Stipend Project that is completed and Approved under these Terms. It is a project-completion fee — not wages, salary, cashback or a refund.
  • Stipend Project — a real, live client app-building assignment offered by the Studio to an Eligible Student, subject to availability, each carrying its own written Project Brief.
  • Project Brief — the written scope, deliverables, timeline, Stipend amount and Approval criteria issued for each Stipend Project before it starts.
  • Test + Practical / Assessment — the Roy Digital app-building test and practical assessment used to qualify Students.
  • Qualifying Score — a total score of 80 or above (out of 100) in the Test + Practical.
  • Approval / Approved — the Studio’s written confirmation that a Stipend Project deliverable meets the Project Brief and the Studio’s quality standard.
  • Availing Window — the period from the first day of the 3rd calendar month after the Enrolment Date until the date 12 months after the Enrolment Date, within which every Stipend Project must be requested, completed and Approved.
  • Eligible Student — a Student who meets and continues to meet all conditions in Section 4.

3. The opportunity — what it is, and what it is not

The Course includes a chance for a qualifying Student to be offered up to 3 Stipend Projects. Each carries a Stipend of about ₹4,333, so a Student who completes and is Approved on all 3 can earn a total of up to ₹12,999 (before applicable tax) — matching the Course Fee.

The opportunity is a chance to do real, paid project work. It is not, and must not be understood as, any of the following: a job, employment, placement, internship or apprenticeship guarantee; guaranteed income; fixed or monthly income; a refund of the Course Fee; cashback; a discount; an investment; or any assured-earnings or quick-money scheme. Stipend Projects are offered only when the Studio has suitable client work available, and only to Eligible Students; their number, type, timing and availability depend on genuine client demand and are at the Studio’s reasonable discretion. Meeting the eligibility conditions gives you a priority chance to be considered — not a promise of work.

4. Eligibility — how you qualify

You become an Eligible Student only when all of the following are met, and remain met:

  • Full payment received. The Studio has received your Course Fee of ₹12,999 plus applicable GST, in full and fully cleared. The opportunity attaches only to full, completed payment — not to any part-payment or instalment still outstanding.
  • Full-price enrolment only. The opportunity is available only to Students who pay the full Course Fee. It is not available to Students enrolled under any discounted, promotional, scholarship, coupon, referral-credit, cashback, part-payment, fee-waiver, free, sponsored or otherwise reduced-price arrangement of any kind.
  • Assessment passed. You have completed the Course and passed the Roy Digital Test + Practical with a Qualifying Score of 80 or above.
  • Course completed. You have attended and completed the Course as required and as notified by the Studio.
  • KYC & documents. You have submitted the valid identity and payment details needed for lawful payment of the Stipend — including your PAN and bank-account details — and have accepted the applicable Project Brief in writing.
  • Good standing. You are in good standing and have not breached these Terms, the Terms of Service, or any Project Brief.
  • Personal & non-transferable. Eligibility is personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, gifted or shared.

5. The Stipend is a project fee — not wages or employment

The Stipend is a fee for a specific, completed and Approved deliverable under an independent, project-by-project arrangement. These Terms do notcreate any employer–employee relationship, apprenticeship, partnership, agency or joint venture. You are not an employee of the Studio, and no employment rights or benefits arise — including provident fund (PF), employees’ state insurance (ESI), gratuity, bonus, paid leave, notice pay or minimum-wage entitlements. You are responsible for your own taxes on any Stipend you earn; the Studio will deduct tax at source (TDS) where required by law and issue the applicable certificate. Taking up a Stipend Project is voluntary; declining an offered project does not create any refund right or other claim.

6. How a Stipend Project runs

  • Offer & brief. When a suitable project is available, the Studio offers it with a written Project Brief (scope, deliverables, timeline, Stipend amount and Approval criteria).
  • Acceptance. You must accept the Project Brief in writing before starting; it then forms part of these Terms for that project.
  • Delivery & rework. You must complete the work correctly, follow the timeline, communicate professionally, and make the reasonable corrections or rework requested until the deliverable meets the Project Brief.
  • Approval. A project counts as complete only when the Studio gives written Approval. Submitting or uploading work is not the same as Approval.
  • One at a time. Unless the Studio agrees otherwise in writing, projects are assigned and completed one at a time.

7. Payment of the Stipend

  • The Stipend is payable only after the project is completed correctly, delivered on time, and Approved.
  • On Approval, the Studio pays the Stipend (about ₹4,333, as stated in the Project Brief) to your registered bank account within 7 days of Approval, subject to applicable TDS and to the Studio holding your correct PAN and bank details.
  • No Stipend is payable for work that is incomplete, late (without a Studio-agreed extension), not Approved, abandoned, or that breaches these Terms or the Project Brief.
  • The Stipend amount is fixed by the Project Brief regardless of the price the Studio charges its client and regardless of the time you spend. There is no additional, hourly or bonus payment.
  • The maximum total Stipend is capped at 3 Approved projects (about ₹12,999 in total, before tax).

8. When you can avail it — the Availing Window

The opportunity is valid from the first day of the 3rd calendar month after your Enrolment Date until 12 months after your Enrolment Date. All Stipend Projects must be requested, completed and Approved within this Window. Any slot not availed within the Window lapses automatically at the end of the Window, with no extension, carry-forward, refund or cash alternative. The Studio may, at its sole discretion and purely as a goodwill measure (never as an obligation), extend the Window in genuine cases (for example a documented medical emergency, or a delay caused by the Studio); any such extension is valid only if given by the Studio in writing.

9. Availability is demand-led (no guarantee of projects)

Stipend Projects come from real client work. The Studio will use reasonable efforts to offer suitable projects to Eligible Students within the Window, but their availability, number, type and timing depend on genuine client demand, app type, project fit, scheduling, and your skill and conduct. If, despite your eligibility, no suitable project is available and offered within the Window, the opportunity lapses at the end of the Window with no refund of the Course Fee and no cash or other alternative. The Course Fee pays for the Course — not for the Stipend Projects.

10. No refund — the Course Fee buys the Course

The Course Fee is paid for the Live Batch training and assessment. The Stipend Project opportunity is a separate, earned chance to do paid work — it is not something you purchase with the Course Fee. Not qualifying for, not being offered, not accepting, or not completing any Stipend Project does not entitle you to any refund, discount, credit, adjustment or compensation of or against the Course Fee. Cancellation and refund of the Course Fee itself are governed solely by the Course Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Quality, conduct & professional obligations

On every Stipend Project you must:

  • do the work yourself, to the standard set in the Project Brief, without plagiarism or unauthorised third-party work;
  • meet deadlines and give honest, timely progress updates;
  • keep all client and Studio information strictly confidential;
  • not contact, solicit, poach or deal directly with the Studio’s client, and not take the client or the client’s work outside the Studio, during the engagement and for 12 months afterwards;
  • behave professionally and lawfully, and follow the Studio’s reasonable instructions.

Breach may lead to withdrawal of the project, forfeiture of the Stipend for that project, and loss of eligibility for further Stipend Projects, without prejudice to the Studio’s other rights.

12. Intellectual property, confidentiality & your skill

All work product, source files, designs, code and deliverables created for a Stipend Project are works made for the Studio and/or its client, and all intellectual-property rights in them belong exclusively to the Studio and/or its client. You irrevocably assign to the Studio (and, where required, its client) all present and future intellectual-property rights in the deliverables, and waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law. You must keep client data, project details, and the Studio’s methods, templates and pricing confidential. These obligations survive the end of these Terms. Your skill is yours — the app-building skill you learn belongs to you; you may build your own apps and find your own clients using it, and the Studio makes no promise about what you may earn outside the Studio.

13. A+ and the Lifetime Project Partner Group

A Student who scores A+ (a total of 90100) across all 3 Stipend Projects and maintains professional conduct may be considered for the Roy Digital Lifetime Project Partner Group. This means ongoing consideration for suitable future work only. It is not a job, guaranteed regular work, fixed income, or any promise of future projects; future work depends on client demand, app type, availability and past performance.

14. Disqualification & forfeiture

The Studio may suspend or end your eligibility, withhold or forfeit any unpaid Stipend, and/or withdraw a project, if you breach these Terms or a Project Brief; provide false or misleading information; miss deadlines or fail the quality bar; plagiarise or misrepresent authorship; breach confidentiality or solicit a client; or behave unlawfully or unprofessionally. Forfeiture under this section does not create any refund right.

15. No-guarantee summary (please read)

  • Stipend Projects are a chance, offered only to full-fee Students who pass the Test + Practical with 80+ and meet every eligibility condition.
  • They depend on real client demand and are not guaranteed — not in number, and not at all.
  • The Stipend is paid only after a project is completed, on time, and Approved — never automatically.
  • This is not a job, placement, guaranteed or monthly income, refund, cashback, or investment scheme.
  • Stipend Projects are not available on any discounted or promotional price.
  • If you do not qualify, are not offered a project, or do not avail within the Window, there is no refund of the Course Fee.

16. Changes, liability & force majeure

The Studio may update these Terms to reflect legal, tax, operational or business changes; the version that applies to you is the one you accepted at enrolment, except where a change is required by law or is reasonably necessary and notified to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio’s total liability in connection with the Stipend Project opportunity is limited to the total Stipend actually due and unpaid to you for projects already Approved, and the Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss or for loss of expected earnings, projects or opportunities. Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, government action, strikes, or internet/power/banking failure, or a client’s withdrawal or non-payment); such events may pause or shorten the Window at the Studio’s reasonable discretion.

17. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 18, the courts at Greater Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

18. Grievance & dispute resolution

Talk to us first. For any concern, contact the Studio at roy@roydigital.in (or WhatsApp +918448647644) with your name, batch and details. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and to resolve grievances in good faith, and both parties will make genuine efforts to resolve any dispute amicably before approaching the courts.

19. Acceptance & entire agreement

By ticking “I have read and accept the Stipend Project Terms & Conditions” (or clicking “I Accept”) at enrolment or payment, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. The Studio keeps a dated record of your acceptance. These Terms, together with each accepted Project Brief and the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement on the subject of Stipend Projects. If any part is found invalid, the rest continues in full force. Version 1.0 — effective 21 July 2026.
