1. Who we are

2. Our services

We provide a done-for-you service that turns your idea into a native mobile application. This includes an AI-generated blueprint and mockups, and — once you place a paid order — the design, development, testing and guided submission of your app to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, according to the tier and scope you select.

• The blueprint and mockups are estimates to help you decide; the final app is built to the agreed scope.
• App-store developer accounts and their fees are your responsibility (see our Pricing Terms).
• Store approval is controlled by Apple and Google; we prepare and guide submission but cannot guarantee their decisions or timelines.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for all activity under your account.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, brand assets (logo, colours, copy, images) and any content needed to build your app, in a timely manner.
• Ensure you own or are licensed to use all content and materials you provide to us.
• Not use our services for anything unlawful, infringing, or in breach of app-store policies.
• Provide access to store accounts and third-party services required for delivery.

Delivery timelines begin once we have received everything needed to build your app. Delays in providing content may extend timelines.

5. Fees & payment

Prices are shown on our Pricing page and in your quote, and are exclusive of 18% GST. Build work begins after payment is received. Full terms — including GST, app-store fees, scope, revisions and add-ons — are set out in our Pricing Terms. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Revisions & scope

Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds. Changes beyond the agreed scope or included revisions may be quoted as add-ons. We will always confirm additional costs with you before proceeding.

7. Intellectual property & ownership

On full payment and handover, you receive ownership of your delivered application and its associated project (for example, its Firebase project), together with the rights to operate it. We retain ownership of our underlying templates, tools, know-how and any pre-existing or reusable components. You grant us a licence to use your brand assets solely to build and deliver your app.

8. Third-party services

Your app may rely on third-party platforms (for example Apple, Google, Razorpay, Firebase). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or decisions.

9. Warranties & disclaimers

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided “as is” and we do not warrant that an app will achieve any particular commercial result, ranking or store approval. Any post-handover maintenance is provided under an optional Care plan.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific build giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

11. Termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. Cancellation of a paid build is handled under our Refund Policy.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gautam Budh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first at roy@roydigital.in so we can try to resolve any concern.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
