Pricing Terms

1. Prices are exclusive of GST

All prices shown on our website and quotes are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice. GST is charged in accordance with applicable Indian law under GSTIN 09ALRPR8561K1Z1.

2. App-store fees are borne by you

Publishing a native app requires developer accounts with Apple and Google. These are billed directly to you by Apple and Google and are not included in our price:

• Apple Developer Program — an annual fee payable to Apple.
• Google Play Developer — a one-time registration fee payable to Google.
• Any platform commissions or fees Apple/Google charge on in-app sales, where applicable.

Fee amounts are set by Apple and Google and may change; please refer to their current published pricing.

3. What the build price includes

Your tier price covers building a store-ready app from a proven template, themed to your brand, with the features listed for that tier, plus guided submission to both stores. The exact inclusions, delivery time and revision rounds for each tier are shown on our Pricing page and confirmed in your quote.

4. Scope

The scope is defined by the tier you select and the blueprint you approve — including the app category, feature set and approximate screen count. Work outside the approved scope is not included and will be quoted separately as an add-on.

5. Revisions

Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds (for example, Launch includes 1, Growth 2, Pro 3). A “revision round” is a consolidated set of change requests reviewed together. Additional rounds, or changes that alter the agreed scope, are chargeable add-ons and will be quoted before we proceed.

6. Add-ons

Extra features, additional integrations, extra screens, expedited delivery and post-launch changes beyond your included revisions are available as add-ons. Add-ons are quoted per request based on scope, and we always confirm the price and any GST with you in writing before starting add-on work.

7. Third-party & running costs

Your app may use third-party services (for example Razorpay for payments, Firebase for backend and hosting, SMS/WhatsApp providers, maps or delivery integrations). Any fees, usage charges or subscriptions from these providers are separate from our build price and are your responsibility once your app is live.

8. Payment & invoicing

Build work begins after payment is received. You will receive a GST tax invoice from Roy Digital App Studio (Proprietorship). Payments are processed by our payment partner; applicable transaction charges may apply as disclosed at checkout.

9. Care plans

Optional monthly Care plans are billed in advance each month and are exclusive of GST. They can be cancelled at any time; see our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to pricing

We may update our prices from time to time. Any change applies to new quotes and orders; a price you have already accepted and paid for is honoured for that build's agreed scope.
