Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. What you are paying for

The Live Batch is a live, seat-limited training programme (classes are taught live, not pre-recorded). Your fee reserves a seat in a specific batch and gives you access to the live classes, practice work and the app-building assessment described on the course page. Because seats are limited and teaching is delivered live, the timing of your cancellation matters — see below.

2. How you enrol and pay

Enrolment is confirmed over WhatsApp. We share the batch start date, class days and timings, course length, tools, device requirements and the exact tax amount before you pay. Payment is made through a secure Razorpay payment link. Any applicable tax (e.g. GST) is added to the ₹12,999 as required by law and is confirmed before payment.

3. Cooling-off window (full refund)

You may cancel for a full refund of the fee paid if you request it within 7 days of payment AND before your batch's first live class, whichever happens first. Refunds are made to your original payment method, less any non-refundable payment-gateway charges and subject to applicable tax treatment.

4. After your batch has started

Once your batch's first live class has taken place — or course materials/access have been shared with you, whichever is earlier — the fee is non-refundable, because your seat cannot be re-sold and live teaching has begun. Not attending classes, or changing your mind after the batch starts, is not a ground for a refund.

5. If we change or cancel a batch

If we cancel a batch, or reschedule it in a way that no longer suits you, you may choose either a full refund of the fee paid or a free transfer to the next available batch. If we make a minor change to timings, we will tell you in advance and do our best to accommodate you.

6. Missed classes and transfers

Classes are live and, as a rule, not re-run privately. If you miss classes for a genuine reason, contact us — we may, at our discretion, help you catch up or move you to a later batch. A transfer is a goodwill measure, not a refund.

7. The earn-back is not a refund

The Live Batch includes a chance to earn back the fee by completing 3 suitable paid projects from the studio (about ₹4,333 each) after you finish the course and pass the app-building assessment. This is income earned from real project work — not a refund, cashback, discount, or a guarantee. Not receiving or not completing paid projects does not entitle you to a refund of the course fee.

8. No job, placement or income guarantee

The Live Batch is a training programme. It is not a job, placement, guaranteed income or guaranteed-work programme. Paid projects are a chance offered only after you complete the course and pass the assessment, and payment for any project comes only after the work is completed correctly, on time and approved. Cancellation or refund rights do not depend on, and are not affected by, any expectation of future work or earnings.

9. How to request a cancellation or refund

We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and to process any approved refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider.
