Sunday No-Code Bootcamp Terms

These terms cover the Live Sunday No-Code to Play Store Bootcamp(the “Bootcamp”), a live online learning session by Roy Digital App Studio (Proprietorship). They are separate from our done-for-you app-development services and from our longer Live Batch.

1. What your payment reserves

Your one-time payment of ₹1,179 (₹999 + 18% GST = ₹1,179) reserves one attendee seat in the live Bootcamp scheduled for Sunday · 11:00 AM–4:00 PM IST, and a recording of that session as described in section 2. The final joining link and practical joining instructions are sent to the email and phone number you provide at checkout. The session is delivered over Google Meet, and both the joining link and the recording link require the Gmail address given at checkout.

The Bootcamp is a live, instructor-led learning session. It includes the live app-building demonstration and the learning elements described on the Bootcamp page. It does not include a done-for-you app build, a personal Google Play developer account, or third-party fees.

2. Session recording

Every seat includes a recording of the session. We send the recording link to the Gmail address used at checkout on the same day the session takes place, and access remains open for 30 days from the day that link is sent. You may watch it as many times as you like within that period.

The recording covers the live build. It is not a substitute for live attendance: the open question-and-answer chat and the student session cannot be reproduced in a recording, and we do not promise that any individual attendee's questions or contributions will appear in it. Portions may be trimmed where they contain another attendee's personal information.

The recording is licensed to you personally for your own learning. Do not download, re-upload, resell, publicly post or share access with anyone else. We may withdraw access if it is shared. If a technical failure outside our control prevents us from producing a usable recording, we will tell you and you may claim a full refund of ₹1,179 under the same process described in section 6.

3. Fee, tax and no-upsell promise

The Bootcamp seat is priced at ₹999 exclusive of tax. Goods and Services Tax at 18% — ₹180 — is charged on top, so the amount payable at checkout is ₹1,179. That is the whole of it: we will not add a hidden attendance charge, and no further amount becomes due to attend.

GST is collected on behalf of the tax authorities under GSTIN 09ALRPR8561K1Z1 and is shown as a separate line on your payment confirmation. Where any tax rate or classification changes by law, the tax applicable on the date of your payment applies.

Discounted seats. From time to time we offer the same seat at a reduced price — for example ₹499 + 18% GST = ₹589under a limited-time offer. A discounted seat includes exactly the same live session, the same recording and the same guarantees as one bought at the standard price; nothing is withheld from it. Where these terms refer to “the fee”, “the full amount” or ₹1,179, they mean the amount you actually paid, as shown on your payment confirmation and your emailed receipt. Every refund and guarantee below is honoured at that amount, in full, GST included.

The Bootcamp itself will not contain an upsell presentation. If we ever separately offer a future programme or service, it is optional and does not change what this payment includes.

4. What we teach and what we do not promise

We demonstrate a free-first no-code approach to planning, building, testing and understanding the Android/Play Store path. Tool availability, product features and third-party prices may change outside our control. Any Google Play Console account or fee is charged directly by Google and is separate from this Bootcamp.

The Bootcamp is education, not a job, placement, income, client-project or app-publication guarantee. Your results depend on your own practice, decisions and any services you later choose to use.

5. Who may attend

Beginners are welcome. If an attendee is under 18, the purchase must be made or authorised by a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for having a suitable device and internet connection for live attendance.

6. Build guarantee

We promise that during the Bootcamp we will build a real app live in front of attendees, using methods that are free to begin with. If we do not, you get all ₹1,179 back — the full amount you paid, GST included.

To claim it, email roy@roydigital.in from the address used at checkout within 48 hours of the recording being sent to you, saying that the live build did not happen or that the methods shown were not free to start with. We do not require any other reason, and we will not ask you to justify it further. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

The window is measured from the recording rather than from the end of the session on purpose. A seat can be bought by someone who never intended to attend live, and a claim period that expired before they could watch anything would not be a real guarantee. Everyone therefore gets the same 48 hours to check for themselves, whether they attended or not.

This guarantee covers the live build itself. It does not cover costs charged by third parties such as Google Play Console fees, nor any paid service you separately choose to use later — those are explained openly during the session and are never included in the Bootcamp fee. Refunds return the whole amount charged, including the GST element.

7. Cancellation, refund and transfer

Separately from the build guarantee, you may cancel for any reason. Email roy@roydigital.in from the address used at checkout at any time before the live session begins and we will refund the full ₹1,179 you paid, GST included. Once the live session has begun, the fee is non-refundable except under the build guarantee in section 6, because the seat and live teaching capacity have been committed.

If we cancel the Bootcamp or make a material rescheduling change that no longer works for you, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next available equivalent session. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

8. Changes and access

We may make reasonable changes to the app example, teaching sequence or timings where needed to improve the live learning experience. If a change is material, we will notify attendees at the contact details provided at checkout. Do not share joining links or paid access with another person without our written approval.
