Delete your Roaded account and cloud data

You can permanently delete your Roaded account and associated cloud data inside the app or request deletion without the app.

Delete inside Roaded

1. Open Roaded.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Under Account & backup, tap your account name.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Review the warning and confirm.

Firebase may require a recent sign-in. Sign in again with the same Google or email account, then repeat the steps.

Request deletion without the app

Email roy@roydigital.in from the registered address with the subject Delete my Roaded account, the email used for Roaded, and whether you used Google or email/password sign-in. We may request limited information to verify ownership. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days and will confirm completion. Never email vehicle records, document photos, passwords or card information.

What deletion removes

• your Firebase Authentication account and Roaded profile;
• cloud-backed vehicles, odometer readings, fuel entries and expenses;
• maintenance, service and document records;
• emergency contacts and trips, including saved GPS routes;
• registered device notification tokens; and
• vehicle, receipt, invoice and document photos backed up to Firebase Storage.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Handled separately

• On-device data: deletion does not erase the local database or local photos. Use Android Settings → Apps → Roaded → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall Roaded.
• Google Play subscription: deletion does not stop recurring billing. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Diagnostics: Roaded does not attach your UID or email to Analytics or Crashlytics. Pseudonymous data follows the Privacy Policy retention period and cannot reliably be selected by your email.
• Fuel statistics: contributions are stored in city/day aggregates without an account ID and cannot reasonably be separated back to one person.
• Deletion correspondence: we may keep the request and completion response for up to 12 months to document handling and prevent abuse.

Delete individual records instead

You can delete individual records in Roaded; cloud backup syncs those deletions when enabled. Signing out or turning backup off does not delete data already backed up.
