Delete Your Daily Health Account & Data

Option 1 — Delete inside the App

1. Open Daily Health and make sure you are signed in.
2. Open the Profile / Settings screen.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Read the warning and confirm Delete account again.

The account deletion process starts immediately and signs you out. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the App, email us from the address linked to your account. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, usually sooner.

What is deleted

• Name, email, Firebase user ID and sign-in account.
• Blood pressure, glucose, HbA1c, medicines, dose history, body measurements, lifestyle notes, symptoms, appointments and doctor-visit notes.
• Care Circle invitations, sharing links and caregiver access.
• Notification tokens and user-specific App settings.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained only when required by law. Transient provider logs and routine encrypted backups are removed on their normal rolling cycles. Images submitted for AI scanning are processed transiently and are not stored as part of the user profile.
