How do I add a reading?

Open the App, choose blood pressure, glucose or another metric, and tap the add button. You can also start a scan to extract values from a supported image.

Should I verify a scanned reading?

Yes. Scanning uses AI and can occasionally misread a value. Compare extracted numbers with the original report or meter before saving them.

Does Daily Health provide medical advice?

No. It is a personal tracking and information tool, not a medical device. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

How is my data handled?

How do I delete my account?

Delete it in the App from Profile / Settings, or follow the email option on the public account and data deletion page.
