1. Who is responsible for your data

Roy Digital App Studio (Proprietorship), GSTIN 09ALRPR8561K1Z1, registered at Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact roy@roydigital.in for a privacy request or question.

2. Information the App collects

Account information

• Your name, email address and Firebase user ID when you sign in with Google.

Health and wellbeing information you enter

• Blood pressure, pulse, blood glucose, HbA1c, medicines and dose history, body measurements, symptoms, lifestyle notes, appointments and doctor-visit notes.
• Photos of a medical report or meter that you choose to scan so the App can extract values.
• Care Circle sharing details when you choose to give a caregiver read-only access.

Technical and usage information

• A device push-notification token used to deliver reminders and alerts.
• App interactions, diagnostics and crash reports used to keep the App reliable.

Camera or photo access is used only when you start a scan. The App does not collect precise location, device contacts, financial information or advertising data.

3. How the information is used

• To provide logging, charts, reminders, Care Circle and doctor-ready summaries.
• To extract readings from an image when you ask the App to scan it.
• To provide optional AI insights and AI coach responses.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose crashes and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal data and do not use health data for advertising.

4. AI features and service providers

The App uses these service providers only as needed to deliver the feature you request:

• Google Firebase: authentication, secure cloud storage, Cloud Functions, notifications, analytics and crash reporting.
• Anthropic (Claude): processes an image you choose to scan to extract readings. The App does not retain the uploaded image as part of your profile.
• DeepSeek: processes health summaries and AI chat messages to generate optional insights and coach responses.

These providers may process data outside India. If you do not want to use AI processing, you can avoid report scanning and AI coach features and continue to use manual tracking.

5. Legal basis and your choices

Where data-protection law applies, processing is based on your consent, providing the service you requested, and our legitimate interest in keeping the App secure and functional. Health information is provided voluntarily. You may stop entering it or stop using optional AI features at any time.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and health data are kept while your account exists so your history remains available. When you delete your account, personal data and health records are deleted from Firebase Authentication and Firestore, except limited information that must be retained by law. Routine encrypted backups and transient processing logs are purged on a rolling basis.

7. Your rights

• View and correct records in the App.
• Export doctor-ready PDF summaries and CSV data.
• Delete individual records or permanently delete the account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent by stopping optional AI features or disabling notifications.
• Ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing roy@roydigital.in.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections and stored in Google Firebase with access controls. Records are restricted to the authenticated account and people to whom the user explicitly grants Care Circle access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

9. Children's privacy

The App is intended for adults managing their own or a family member's health. It is not directed to children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date above will change, and material changes may also be communicated in the App.
