Daily Health Terms of Service

These terms govern use of BP and Diabetes Tracker via AI, shown as Daily Health on your device (the “App”), provided by Roy Digital App Studio (Proprietorship). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice. Daily Health is a personal health-tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making a health, medication or treatment decision. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to agree to these terms.
You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping that account secure.
Use the App for personal health tracking, or to assist someone who has authorised you.

2. The service

The App records blood pressure, glucose, HbA1c, medicines, body measurements and visit notes; provides reminders; scans images to extract readings; offers optional AI insights; and creates summaries for sharing with a healthcare professional. Features may change over time.

3. AI-generated content

AI-extracted readings and AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete.
Verify extracted values against the original report or meter before saving them.
AI features are informational only and are not clinical decision-making tools.

4. Your responsibilities

Review the accuracy of data you enter, scan or share.
Do not misuse or disrupt the App, access it unlawfully, or violate another person's rights.
Do not upload information or images that you are not authorised to use.

5. Privacy

The Daily Health Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how optional AI features process it, and how to exercise your rights.

6. Ownership

The App, its design and its content, excluding information you enter, belong to Roy Digital. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App. Your health records remain yours.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or perfectly accurate content. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Roy Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for a health decision based on the App or AI output. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Ending use

You may stop using the App and delete your account and data at any time. We may suspend access for a serious breach of these terms or when required by law.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Contact roy@roydigital.in with a question.
